Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss service. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Thirsk is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide online consultations and prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients.
To use our service, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire prior to any prescription being issued. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw treatment at any time if we determine that it is not clinically appropriate for you.
Our weight loss treatments are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have certain medical conditions. Full eligibility criteria will be assessed during your consultation. It is your responsibility to provide complete and truthful medical information.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically. Our clinical team retains full discretion over whether to prescribe any medication.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the duration specified and may not be transferred to another pharmacy without our agreement. It is a criminal offence to provide false information to obtain a prescription.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will not be charged for the medication element of your order. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are subject to carrier performance and are not guaranteed. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery option is arranged. We accept no liability for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription-only medicines for safety and legal reasons, and a refund cannot be issued for those items.
To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at the email address provided on our website. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
